Who we are

ParentArc is the brand under which Reji Raphael, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-314565, EUIN E596174), offers mutual fund distribution services. ParentArc is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and does not provide investment advice. Information on this website and in our webinars is for general education only.

Global investing

Global investing is offered by Paasa.

Accounts are opened in the investor's own name with Interactive Brokers. ParentArc introduces clients to its advisory partner and receives a referral fee for doing so. ParentArc does not provide investment advice on global portfolios.

Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

How we are paid

For mutual funds, ParentArc receives a standard trail commission from asset management companies on investments made through it in regular plans; this is included in the scheme's total expense ratio. For global investing, ParentArc receives a referral fee from its advisory partner. Commission and referral rates are available on request.

Risks

  • Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully.
  • Overseas investments are exposed to foreign market risk and to changes in exchange rates, which can increase or reduce the value of your investment in rupees.
  • Past performance, and past movements in exchange rates, are not indicative of future results.
  • Remittances abroad are subject to the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme limits, tax collected at source and foreign-asset reporting in your income tax return.
  • Holdings in some foreign markets may be subject to that country's taxes, including estate or inheritance tax.
